Detect-Her
Tailpaint
Once this tail paint is applied it will rub off with several
mounts making interpretation of standing heat easy. It works
well on short and long-haired cattle and has BITTERGUARDª
to deter licking.
Thicker than other paints Detect-Her Tailpaint allows for
a more controlled application with less waste. In the convenient
pocket size eight ounce applicator the soft bottle makes squeezing
easy, while water soluble for easy clean up and will not stain
hands.
The thick paint wipes down long hair, dries crusty and can
be reapplied several times to maintain the visibility of the
paint, yet it rubs off easily.

Apply
paint to the tail-head, width of the applicator brush only.
Draw the applicator brush toward you with the lay of the hair.
Make a stripe from 4" behind the hipbone to the slope of
the tail along the top-line. For best results, apply to every
cow the 2nd day to build up a nice base, after the second day
paint should only be touched up as needed. Animals that stand
to be mounted several times will be missing all or almost all
of their paint. Paint can be applied to wet hair, but should
not be put on during rain.
Available in blue or orange. When used properly one bottle will
paint 40 to 50 cows. |
