Although late spring brought some wacky winter weather to parts of All West Territory, it’s now beginning to feel a lot like summer! It is common for many of our customers to resort to the back of our price list at this time of year, where you can find a list of our Fertility Pro sires. These genomic young sires were selected based on rigid semen quality standards and their high-ranking Sire Conception Rate (SCR). However, these aren’t the only conception superstars All West/Select Sires has to offer!
All West Dairy Program Specialist Tony DeMello took time to share the following sires that may be skipped over when considering sires to use in your herd this summer. 7HO12600 MODESTY – He is a bull that I still love and have been seeing many impressive daughters from! They are medium-sized, balanced cows that are built to last, with really nice udders, strong feet and legs, good components, and great fertility. As time goes on, I am sure he will become a more well-known customer satisfaction bull. He is a PETY out of a SUPERSIRE which makes him an easy bull to use in most herds. He is available sexed and conventional.
