All West/Select Sires is pleased to announce that Angie Kennedy has accepted the newly-created position of All West/Select Sires Director of Dairy Programs. Angie’s first day in this new role will be July 1, 2020.

Angie has already been a valuable All West/Select Sires Dairy Program Specialist for the past seven years, during which her role has expanded into sales, genetic consulting, and evaluations.
“It’s such a joy to work with dairy producers to assist them with their genetic strategies and watch their herds evolve. Working with our great team is an added bonus! I am really looking forward to getting to know and work with more of the All West Family, while continuing to promote our excellent bulls and unique programs,” said Angie.
A native of Ridgefield, Washington, Angie was raised on her family’s dairy operation, Arwana Farms. Angie’s father, Bill, served as a director of their Pacific Northwest territory of All West/Select Sires for many years and both of Angie’s parents passed down their love for cattle and genetics to her at a young age. Angie moved to California to attend California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dairy Science.
Upon graduation, Angie worked for Sedona Ag (Monsanto) as a Marketing Representative for one year. Prior to All West, she was employed as a Regional Sales Representative for Holstein Association for 8 years.
Angie found her true calling when she was hired by All West/Select Sires in 2013 as a Dairy Program Specialist. Her new role as Director of Dairy Programs will expand her leadership responsibilities to supporting All West/Select Sires sales and service teams with genetic program implementation, directing key account strategy, providing further training to our field staff, and more!
“We are thrilled that Angie will expand her passion for improving dairy cattle through the use of superior genetics to all of All West Territory, as well as our Dairy Program Consultants. She is extremely well-respected by the entire All West team and by our many member-owners that have had the opportunity to work with her. This important leadership role allows us to continue focusing on the utilization of superior genetics that help move our member’s herds forward,” said Jim Wells, All West/Select Sires CEO.
Angie is already a valued member of the dairy community and the All West Family and we are certain she will serve as a dynamic leader, as well. We look forward to the further assistance she will now be providing to fellow team members and our member/owners alike.
